how do i know if i have gyno?

I dont recall my nipples ever hurting or feeling sensitive, but i do have excess fat tissue on my pecs.. not to the point of man boobs but its there. how big are the lumps one would develope with gyno? is it like just goosebumps or like big lumps? thanks for input, after reading some about it i suddenly got paranoid..

I was reading up on some posts about this.. You could have did a search.

But, the post I was reading said to take your index pointer and push in on your nipple and move it around and see if you feel any lumps.

Gyno is usually noticed by itchy nipples,pain and a hard mass underneath the nipple and sometimes leakage. -- Buddha_Red (from one of his posts)

Key points: Itchiness, increased sensitivity and a lump that did not exist there before
There are different stages with gyno so different symptoms will exist accordingly. If there is any itching, take arimidex. Don't let it get worse! Speaking from experience here.

thanks.. sorry i did a couple searches and couldnt find the answers i was looking for.. and also im not taking AS and never have.
