im 42 & have trained for 12yrs. i can get a 100ml of tes but r unsure of how to cycle and how much to take each week do i take the same amount every week or increase the amount per week by 1cc.i was going to start on 2cc next week 3cc etc upto to say 6cc on 5th week then same amount downward for the next 5 weeks. at this stage i can only train 2-3x per week so i need a programme also i thought compounds exersies as i dont have much time for isolation exercises?
