    help with a cycle

    i am 6'1 260 lbs. 11% bf. i need to get two around 280 and still keep low body fat if not lower.
    i have done 1 cycle a while ago like 3 years. suggestions will help greatly.

    I'd say research test and deca cycles....

    BF% will all be down to diet imo.

    Typically people study until they can propose a cycle and pct, read up and propose what sounds good to you and we will go from there.

    maybe an indicator that big was correct and a lot more research needed before you jump back on the juice..

    i.e getting your natty system back into line.

    PCT is "post cycle therapy ", it's what you do to restore your natural testosterone production that is suppressed while on cycle.

    That is what he means by researching/studying. Find out for yourself man. It is clear from this post and your last one that you have made no attempt whatsovere in researching any of this on your own. If you only read 10% of the post on the first page of this forum, you would find out what pct is.
    If you are too lazy to help yourself, why should we?

    I ran Test E @ 600mg/wk and Trenn A @ 50mg/EOD. At the end of my cycle and I put on about 25 pounds. Trenn is amazing stuff my strength went through the roof!

    yea i know thats why im on here now, trying to learn. but everybody says the same thing. you need to learn more. nobody gives me advise they just remind me that im dum about the subject. if someone throws and idea out for me then i could research it would be a better help.

    steroids , diet, training, and pct.

    i've only been on here for two days and dont know how to use this, so keep your smart mouth comments to yourself. not everybody studies this stuff all the time. i joined this thing for help so bite me

    If you are wanting a place where people will re-write all of the beginner information that is posted all over the board in your thread just so you don't have to read the existing posts, then that's a good chance.

    Best site for research.. you might get snappy answers at the mo as theres been a lot of noobs recently coming on this board expecting aas to be magic beans, so a lot of members here are a little bit bored with it.

    AAS
    Research basic cycles (even though you have cycles b4 its been a while since you have) with maybe something like deca this time...

    PCT is essential.. no point in making decent gains to then loose it all (not to mention the money)

    DIET
    Make sure your diet is spot on with balanced macros.. Lots of good diet advice here.

    Come up with some ideas and a cycle / pct / diet that you think will be good for you and post it... then we will comment and adjust.

    always understand what your putting in your system, why your putting it in your system, and how it effects ya system..

    I don't think anyone was flaming him shifty, but it's easy to get frustrated when people refuse to read the educational stickies that are all over the board and then want the information re-written in their thread.

    True. Just think some people like to 'shout' go read the stickies at someone before they have been 'politely asked' to read them first. lol

    I can see why some guys get intimidated by the amount of info out there, but think this is the best site for people to research on, and think it would be a shame if they went elsewhere and joined one of the less superior boards where anything goes.

    But thats said, your are quite correct on people need to do more research for themselves.

    i know guys im not tryin to be a nu sense, what and where is the informational stickys at. uh yea i have good genetics all my relatives are big too. yea i'll research a lil more.

    the "stickies" are the posts at the top of each section that stay at the top. read the ones at the top of the steroid section and at the top of the pct section. sounds like you have diet and training under control so learn what you can in the 2 sections I mention then come back and we'll help you from there.
