PM Xbiker, he does them. Or type Xbiker in the search, and look at his thread, he did a frame by frame of his chest inject. It's freaking sweet!

Spot injecting your muscles will give you some short term swelling. There are many different thoughts and whether or not it will actually make the muscles in the site grow more.
Since I am a nice fucking guy, I will do the search for you...
