Cramping problem from an Athlete (L-Taurine?)
My cardio is very good, I play professional racquetball (yes some people still play the sport!) although I do have a problem sometimes with cramping. I try to drink more and more water although I'm wondering if I start adding some L-Taurine to my daily intake will help me any? Or should I just try to up my potassium intake
Can I take L-Taurine daily without cycling?
Also I bought some from Lion and 1 Cap is 500mg...he recommends 2000mg a day...is that to much? I've seen from my research some people advise less than that.
I just started my my Clen cycle and I got the Taurine with it and after my research from Taurine is where i learned it may help me after my Clen cycle is over unless I'm advised otherwise
Thanks guys this forum is so helpful!
