eq causes dryness, not water retention.
when you think of water retention... think of how u feel when u eat excess sodium.

hydration is essential to good health, but is not directly related to "muscles healing''.
water retention is not a good thing

yep, "RESEARCH". this is a very COMMON subject on this forum... instead of trying to be spoon fed - i suggest you start READING and researching the basics on your own.

Water retention is caused by excessive amounts of sodium, and or too much estrogen.

Drinking plenty of water will let you body know that you have constant water intake so it wont hold as much water in tissues.

Taking an anti estrogen to combat excessive estrogen. Due to taking a steroid that converts readily to estrogen, such as Test.

EQ wont give you much water retention at all. Its doesn't covert to estrogen that much.

exactly haha. tai ur at fault here. when new people come here and ask questions they need simple answers like yes and no.

ur givin them too sophisticated answers and they're not ready for that.

EQ causes little to no water retention.
