    Starting

    I couldnt find any other place to post this so if its in the wrong spot go easy on me. Anyways I have read up on just about everything I can find about gear. I am 21. 6'4" 226lbs. I have worked out consistantly for 5 years. Started lifting for football, moved on to bodybuilding. I have a solid diet consisting of 40/40/20 - protein/carbs/fat. I consume around 3,500 cals a day. I was thinking of running my first cycle as a test only 10 week cycle and was wondering what anyone experienced thought about it. I have also seen many anti-estrogens to run while on test and was wondering which is best to use.

    good idea to run 1 compound for 1st cycle bro...10 weeks of test is fine.

    Question 1. - You honestly think you've reach your plateau?

    If yes,

    Test Enan - 10-12 weeks
    Maybe an oral kick start might be a bonus..

    What dose were you thinking?

    And make sure you know what a PCT is.

    250mg of test enath on monday and 250mg on thursday. if you want to add an ai then i would go with .25 mgs of arimadex ed.

    ^ IMO dont use a AI till u need it or PCT. This is my opinion though

    yeah i agree with that - have one on hand but only use if you really need it.
    On a first cycle ya dont know if ya ganna be estro sensitive... make the decision during ya cycle, then you know for next time if you are mega estro prone to take it from the start.

    Ive used nolvadex throughout cycle and was fine with gaining as well as keeping any symptoms of gyno down. I love the bloat so thats why dont really like AI's too much. Also you can shoot the test once a week but you may experience more unwanted sides like acne, bloat, gyno, etc....splitting it into 2 injections per week will help keep the sides minimal and you may enjoy it a bit better. Shoot 250mg's every 3.5 days to keep stable blood levels. Make sure Diet is on track and it should be a good cycle for you. What is your BF%?

    me to. i run letro or something with every single cycle i do. i have never had gyno so obviously im not prone but i perfer to keep the water down as much as possible

    I'll have some AI on hand just in case I need it. I have reached a plateau, I can't seem to gain any good weight, even by adding 500 cals each day. I am avid about keeping track of what I eat so that's not the problem. My bf% is around 15. I got one of those under water tests so its pretty accurate. I was planning on shooting 500 once a week but 250 2x a week sounds like it might be better.

    Guess guys who know there mega prone to gyno will take all the way through, but then you can only know if you need to from previous experience.

    also sounds to me like ur big ass needs more than 3500 calz per day if u wanna bulk..

    what would happen if one had plenty of protein everyday but ate under their minimum daily caloric intake? would the body still build muscle minus the calz? always wondered about that..
