I couldnt find any other place to post this so if its in the wrong spot go easy on me. Anyways I have read up on just about everything I can find about gear. I am 21. 6'4" 226lbs. I have worked out consistantly for 5 years. Started lifting for football, moved on to bodybuilding. I have a solid diet consisting of 40/40/20 - protein/carbs/fat. I consume around 3,500 cals a day. I was thinking of running my first cycle as a test only 10 week cycle and was wondering what anyone experienced thought about it. I have also seen many anti-estrogens to run while on test and was wondering which is best to use.
