    Talking clen question

    hey everyone, i am currently on my second day using clen, yesterday i did 60 mcg and today i did 80 mcg...last night i slept fine and i saw virtually no side effects, but today at the gym i was sweating BULLETS, and i know that is what makes you do, but i get the feeling i wont be able to get a good nights sleep, and that will make my run at 7 a.m. miserable...

    so, even though i am on my second day, what would happen if i took Benadryl tonight?

    Is it better if your receptors are unsaturated everyday? Because i know the whole point..or one of the main points to 2 on 2 off is to give the saturated receptors time return to their normal state..


    Any info you can give me is greatly appreciated!

    Why did you start at 60mcg ? You are supposed to start at 20 mcg

    if you are so sensitive to clen that you are unable to sleep then you should reduce the dose and increase slowly until you find a level that works and is comfortable to manage. Taking benadryl could be a bad idea as although it may induce sleep it can also intensify the side effects of the clen (when i begin benadryl in the third week i begin to experience sides such as jitters and tremors. IMO lower the dose until you find what suits you....

    Well i dont exactly know yet if i will sleep fine or not..i am just trying to find out that if i cant sleep if it would be cool for me to take some Benadryl

    I started at such a high dose because i took 20 mcgs and didnt feel anything..so then i took another one a little later..and then didnt feel anything..and then took another one and didnt feel anything and saw no side effects but figured it would be wise to stop there.

    I had read posts that said to stick with a amount that is "tolerable" and i felt that today (80 mcgs) was tolerable for me so far.

    Well if i cant sleep what should i do, start off on my third day according to beasts' schedule?


    This is why you guys are the Pros and im a newb..haha

    if you cant sleep then lower the dose tomorrow and see how it goes. You theory of adding more when you cant feel it working is very flawed. Many compounds including clen have long and sometimes complex half lives. this means doses can build slowly in the system without you realising until its too late.

    yeah..i figured it was flawed..i think i might just start on day 3 of your schedule since you actually know what your talking about/ doing...thanks a lot beast youre the man
