when to inject?

my question is twice a week like every monday and thursday, or every 3 days like monday, thurs, sun, wed, sat and so on.
If there is not much of a diffrence what would you guys do?

ARe you using those doses twice a week? Like 500mg per week of test and 400mg per week of Deca? If so then you will want to inject the doses you mentioned every 3.5 days. They can be injected in the same syringe as well. Every 3.5 days would be every monday morning and thursday afternoon. Or tuesday morning, friday afternoon, and so on.
