I always recommend taking any oral to take with food. Eventually it will start to iratate your stomach and can lead to acid reflux or even ulcers. Taking it with food helps decrease those sides

varying opionins about this,,,but ive always felt the absorbtion is better on empty stomach. if stomach discomfort follows,,,try taking with food.
