Hey guys, I just went and picked up some 22GA needles. I was anticipating them to be 1 1/2 inch. I was going to jab my glutes. The needle is 3/4" to 1". What do you guys think? Should I jab my quad instead?

3/4 to 1" is pretty shallow for glutes..

which is it? there is a quarter inch difference. i use 1'' for everything on me including glutes but i have very little fat on my body. if you have a fat a@@ then your going to want to use 1.5"

i personally would use 3/4 everywere on me except glutes. what is your bf%?

17%. Im thinkin/hoping that my quads should be fine. My legs are solid, its the upper body that needs the attention

you will be fine then. you'll know right away because you'll get a huge lump if it dosnt go deep into the muscle but if your legs are solid then your fine
