help with cycle, what should i use?
here are my stats.
age 32
5 10"
155 lbs
3yrs working out
asian
tried a cycle anadrol once, did a little but i wasnt happy.
i want to gain more muscle and weight.
can you guys help me put together a cycle that will help me out?
also, i found a site online that carries anabolics. do you guys have any recommended trusted site so i dont end up with some fake stuff? you can just pm me for alternative sites.

how old are you?
your diet is suspect, at your height you should be able to gain much more weight naturally with a proper diet.
lastly, we do not discuss sources here, please edit that last part from your post. thanks.

It is against the rules ask for sources in this board.
At 5'10" and 155, I would say the best stack for you would be steak and potatoes. Lots of them. You prob have a good bit more natural potential to tap before needing aas.

sorry guys. i edited the post and added my age... 32.
do you guys really think its food? its seems like im stuck not matter how much i eat. i use creatine and it got a little bigger but the results were pretty much the same when i went on anadrol . so...im looking for a cylce that can push me atleast 165lbs or so.

Post your diet and give us something to work from. You should also look in the diet forum. It outlines bulking diets. Most people can gain with it. At your height and weight, I've GOT to believe that you could get 10 lbs with diet.

here is a sample break down:
morning: egg sandwich.
noon: salad and chicken.
protien shake
dinner: chicken and rice
protien shake
now that i wrote it all out....it doesnt seem like much but im not hungry at any other time. what would you guys recommend?

Kind of what I figured. Go to the diet forum. Look at the bulking diet. You are nowhere close. You'll need a minimum of 6 meals a day. If you really want to gain you HAVE TO EAT. Even with aas, you'll get very little results without proper diet.

since i used anadraol over 6 months ago, are my balls smaller than they were before? they seem fine to me but i hope i didnt mess anything up by using anadrol without guidance.
i read the bulking diet and it is very helpful. the pct section, im a bit lost. should i try to pct eventhough i went off of anadrol?

if you're feeling fine and the anadrol was 6 months ago you should be ok...as for your balls post a pic and we can determine if they are small (lol joking of course)

hey man, i was pretty skinny before, and like you wasn't all that hungry. I found that it helps to not just drink a protein shake, but try Mass XXX or something like that with a LOT of calories AND protein. It helped me put on some weight. Also, try snacking between, it will get you used to eating more often. Hope this helps

thanks for the advice. i can gain a little with creatine but thet goes away when im off of it. i use protein but im not sure if that ever worked out.

A proper diet works every time on everyone, but most don't have the initiative to stick to it. Dieting to bulk is expensive, inconvenient, and necessary. If you do it right, you will grow.
