Are Albuterol sulfate, and albuterol asthma inhalers the same albuterol?

yes, but the inhalers are in liquid form and no where near as strong as the pill form. Do a search and you will find all you need to know about the difference between the two.

Here in the uk they use Salbutamol rather than Albuterol...
