5 feet...120???.why dont you try adjusting her diet first bro...throw in some cardio...have you tried that???..make that the last alternative bro...to use clen and t3...My opinion.

she has been doing cardio for some time now and diet is good she just cant drop any weight
I think I have tried every supplement in the book and nothing worked better then diet.
I followed the Anabolic diet for a while and kept tweaking it until I have made it a mostly vege diet but the one thing that I learned through the almost 1 year 30+ lb weight loss is that a womans body really responds to fat loss by increasing the amount of good fat in the diet. So I make sure I eat about 1/2 avocado a day & 1 tablespoon of EVOO. When I do that, I loose fat and lots of it.
ok one question what is EVOO? she likes avocados so that will be easy

Oh sorry about that. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Now I did NO cardio and NO weights for 8 months. (It was just the way I decided to loose the fat)
When I work out I get famished and long for all the wrong food.
Now I do my cardio and weights because now that the fat is gone, you'll be able to see the muscle and I am going to slim down about 5 more lbs.
I went from 150-117 lbs. Took 1 year but I am older and post menoupausal so that going against me my metabolism is very very slow.
The last time I was 117 was in 8th grade! Add the fat it was the biggest key for me.
did u have a good clean diet or just avocados?
i meant did she only eat avocados and olive oil or did she also eat lean meat and salads or what?
Have her increase her bedroom cardio by an hour a night 5-6 times a week and bamm the weight will fall off, lol, or atleast you can tell her that.
