    Cardio Recommendations- On cycle

Right I've read quite a few peoples cycle results from test e/dbol cycles, and am just wondering what peoples views on the amount of cadio you should be doing whilst on cycle.

Some people say the gain a bit of bf on cycle whereas some say they lose some bf.

I want to gain maximum muscle on my cycle but don't want to end up with a gut or anything. I know many people say its impossible to bulk and cut at the same time but I want to bulk and keep bf gains to a minimum. (although I think some increase is inevitable)

I am on a test e dbol cycle now. I am not doing any cardio. My bp is good my diet is real good. I am not doing any cuz I want max gains also I would have to eat more carbs to keep up with my gains. So that would mean more food and I am just about stuffing down what I need to gain.

I don't think you would have to increase your carbs if you did your cardio in the AM pre breakfast?

Anyway off to gym will check for feedback when I get back.

Side note. BSN X-Plode is blowing my mind at the minute.

I can't remember exactly but goes something like this i THINK. Cardio increases the oxygen in the red blood cells which promotes growth. Like i said, it was a long time ago so i could be wrong. Anyway, i do 2.5 miles twice a week at 4.0 mph(fast walk) on treadmill and not losing any strength or size.
I think there's a fine line depending on the individual and diet.

Anyone ever think that by doing cardio while on cycle can lead to heart enlargement? Just think about it, its one of the biggest/worst side effects of steroid use and by working the shit out of your heart (of course it being an muscle) it would have to grow? I don't know, its always been something in the back of my mind.....thankfully I don't need to do cardio.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

scary thought, but would that not mean sprinters hearts would be dangerously large due to the thre amount of short intense stresses on the heart? Even if they were not on AAS?

Its pretty much well known and documented that athletes have enlarged hearts...I do cardio a minimum of 4 times a week on/off bulking/cutting. It makes me feel great and I just feel ill not doing it and it keeps my b/p very low, as well as my heart rate.

Try this, nice short and sharp workout. Rowing machine 1min on fast as you can, then a minute off rest. Do this for 30 mins, so in total your doing 15 minutes of hard work. Repeat this 2 maybe 3 times a week. With a good diet youll see the results, plus it keeps the eld ticker healthy. Give it a whirl.

If ur lean to begin with and are doing AAS to bulk dont waste precious calz on kardio!! save the cardio for post-cycle... chances of anything life-threatening happening to u as a result of not doin cardio are slim to none. just my two cents.
