i am about to start my first cycle and looking for opinions i ordered sustanon 250 organon karachi pakistan i am going to take 500 mgs a week and stack with 400 mgs a week deca was wondering if this is a safe and effective amount. i am 6ft 190lbs 30 years old

sorry i'm new what is bf. i plan to go 12 weeks with deca and an additional 4 with the sustanon as far as my pct i plan to use 250iu hcg for 3 weeks and 20mg a day nolvadex for 4 weeks

bf bodyfat? i don't know for sure but not that much i would think i'm pretty thin been lifting for about 3 years now naturally and hope this cycle will help gain the size i am looking for

what makes you think that 6ft 190 is very light. and to have never done a cycle, i think 6 ft 190 is good. i was 6ft 185 my first cycle about 9 or 10% bf. when i was done i was about 210 and i was pretty big. i did duratest and dbol in front and winny at the end. ah the good ole days....................Originally Posted by admirals56
