    What to expected from Test C...>?

    What did you gain from Test C in 3 weeks?
    What did you gain in 8 weeks?

    What was your total after 10-12 weeks?
    What did you lose?

    What did you BF go up to?

    Bro, if your looking for a guess on what you'll gain it all depends on YOU, YOUR DIET, AND YOUR EXERCISE. There is no answer for an individual like they do on OTC supps or those crappy prohormones (which is false advertising). It all comes down to those three things.

    My diet is crazy right now, I went from 2100cal a day to 2500, 3000, sitting at 3000 right now, and trying for 3500. My body should only take in 2600 to maintain. So more cal are good, and my diet is pretty clean but not were I want it yet.

    My workouts are Push till PAin, 3sets No more then 7reps, if I can do 7 or more I add a set,

    The test c has made some small changes my gut after eating a Nutri-grain bar was still down almost a 1in, and my arm have increased 2-3mm with-in the last 2.3weeks, and that was on a bad diet

    You will make some nice gains on C. Its basically like Test e, some will tell you witha bit more Kick. I think they are basically identical. Both are long acting esters which will add mass and strength in 4-6 weeks to really see it. Problem can be with the bloat. 10 weeks in you could gain 15 pds easy. Now how much of that is muscle and water is the question.

    man the bloat suck ass, I guess around my 5-10 week time I should eat some dry cal and protein, just per oat,whole wheats, steak, chicken and what not, to try to stop myself from bloating, I know it is hard but is there away

    Stay away from sodium, drink LOTS OF WATER! and if htat is not working to what you want then an AI will help as well. Do you have a PCT lined up?

    So your on cycle now and you started your diet at 2100 cals and now only up to 3000, shooting for 3500 and this is crazy? This is why people must start a bulking diet before they start cycling AAS as these are low calories for bulking. What are your current stats?

    really watch your sodium intake and absoluetly do some cardio, not endless cardio, but 30 minutes every other day. You can control alot of that bloat if you eat clean. Easier said than done thats the problem

    5'9, 166lb, I know I am light for the roid, but it's my choice, I was eating 2100 yes, But that is up to were I need it now, I am going to put another 1400cal on to make it 3500 I plan on being at 3800 near the 5 week time, I was eating 3200 everyday and got really sick and then slowed down at the gym, and my eating went down, I picked it up again and let my self ride for abit and once I got to a OK Diet with lots of Pro I started my cycle, Yes I made a MISTAKE, I should of Plan a better diet, but didn't to late now, I still made a change, But Now that I have learned I may of lots 2.5 weeks out of my cycle of gaining, but I know now that I should of waited.

    You can only learn FROM YOUR mistakes.

    PCT I am going to be doing a 10week Test Cycle

    week 12 I have Novla 20mg per or 30mgs to week 14

    I also will be taking Aromasin .5 If needed may take for the frist week of PCT

    and have cloimd, and other PCT on hand.

    Please go to the PCT forum and you will find different PCT's you can run with clomid, nolva, aromasin and whatever else you have. Make sure to keep your cals, protein, and carbs up to maximize your gains, and at least you have found this out. You are very light tho for your height and i would have gone the natural way as you are lacking seriuosly in your diet area.
