1st cycle 23 yo 6'4 202...
hey dudes, im going to do my first cycle(well first real cycle did about 50 dbols when i was 19)..23 years old on the upper end of 6'4 202 lbs, little stronger than look can bench 320 and rep 250 about 14-15 times, looking to put on about 20 lbs of shredded muscle possibly even lower bodyfat get bench to 400 . stats are 16 arms, 18 yes 18 calves(never work legs), 18 neck, 45 chest, 54 back/shoulders. i have 2 bottles of test cyp 10 ml a bottle of deca 10 ml 25 anadrol 50 pills and 200 100 mg d-bols and 75 clomid pills...can anyone make me out a cycle?? should i possble cut to mabye 195 before a bulkng cycle ? like to be well under 10 % bf before bulkng. please dont tell me im too young or about dietng and all that im no rookie can bench 320 @ 200 lbs. also my arms havent really grown much from being 175-200 lbs any advice on that?

bro you look pretty thin.
You may be strong, but I have a friend that is 170 that can rep 315..you sound like you want size, you need to add size naturally. Whats your diet like?

ive been addng size naturally for 2 years, ive weighed at much as 210 before.. im pretty educated on natural training. no rookie thats for sure. bump cmon dudes only 1 reply!

For starters a first cycle should be only 1 compound, test only. Personally I feel a cycle should be reserved for those that have reached their natural genetic potential. That being said, most aren't willing to dedicate themselves to the strict diet and training that is required to reach their potential. You are 6'4", (you said 6'5" with socks on in another thread) and yet you are only 202lbs. You should be able to gain much more naturally with the proper diet. You say please don't tell you about dieting, so in essence you are asking a question but saying you only want the answers you want to hear. That is probably why you aren't getting many responses.

^^^ I agree with Big..lets see your diet for starters..post it up and break it into macros for us..im sure you have lots of room to improve your diet

first thing, start training your legs..they are your base and the easiest way to gain strength/weight is to bust ass on squats.if you never train legs then how do you figure to have reached your natural potential.
you claim to not be a noob but why in the world would you not train the most important part of the body for growing....training legs will make your whole body grow....
