    shot hcg subq but bled?

i shot hcg subq into my ab region.
i aspirated, no blood. but when i took out the needle there was blood at the end of the needle and also blood was flowing out.
usually there's no blood at all.

no subq does not need aspiration because you SHOULD be shooting into the adipose tissue more or less. you should be hitting an area about 2 inches around the navel at a 45 degree angle. there is no reason for aspiration if done properly.
