    Need to shred fat, gain strength.

    What would be a good route to take to loose 10lbs of fat and get strength in the process. Winstrol and what?

    Pick either or,, very few ppl have the gentics, descipline, money,, to go out and achive both,,

    Not true bro...If you want it...its there for the taking bro...in today's modern age its been shown that hard work and determination and sacrifice can and will beat genetics...but you have them its a good thing...But to say you should pick one is not true.....

    ill agrree to disagree,, ive seen others do it,, me myslef i did it early on,, but now i can only do it if im on,, but like you said in this modern world anything is possible,, so i defeintly know theres sum out there that can do it,, but i stand by what i said in my first reply

    I totally understand you standing by what you said...but you're cheating yourself bro...I'm on precontest diet right now and about 263 @ 10%...i'm still repping 275 behind the neck...so again its all about what the person wants...all due respect sounds like youve given up...either that or you're lazy.

    Im 5-10, 230lbs, 20% fat. I took supplements in the past about 5 years ago a few cycles at a time. Ive been back int he gym for 2 years, 1 year hard and staying stagnent. I want to get down to about 210 without muscle loss.

    Obviously your diet and exercise routine is lacking.

    Supplements/steroids are not magic beans. You need to eat right and lift/cardio hard in order to achieve your results.

    Lazy i aint,, giving up i havt,, seeing as im still doing what i love to do,, but from readings ( bodyfat clipers) i have loss a few lean ones,,, if i go on even a mild cycle its a diffrrent story,,, Its true with the mind, the world is endless but you still( meaning I and only I) need a boost of sort to get gains while dropping fat

    i dont know if i am a rarity..but i have been taking clen for what tomorrow will be my eighth day..and i started at 234..and i weighed in today at 218..im sure some of that is water weight..but i have noticed that my arms..in particular my biceps..have gotten noticably larger..

    it could be the adjustment from absolute shit food to eating healthy everyday every meal..i dont know..haha but now i eat lean meat at almost every meal..

    I have been dieting better and have a pretty good workout routine. I work 24 hour shifts so strict diets are hard. Ive taken all the same old shit before when I was younger. Im not familar with clen though.

    if you cant make the time to eat properly, i wouldnt advise taking steroids as they are not magic as has been previously said and you most likely wont get the results youre looking for

    I dont plan on taking any time soon or at all. Just want to do more research before my hair falls out, nuts shrink, and grow hair on my back.

    Dont use heavy androgens, DHT based compounds or high doses of test..nutz will still shrink... Ok let me rephrase dont use steroids ...

    10lbs loss can be accomplished with diet with a minium of muscle loss, or try ECA stack and bump the cardio,---dont need winny for that

    I hate when people flame on newer members, and I wouldnt do that to you, but you need to spend a whole lot more time here on the board reading and learning about the many diets, workout regimens, and substances being discussed. Clearly you are not informed enough to start. In the end you will make better choices in what you do and you will achieve better results.
