Help after first cycle
Hi guys,
First post here so hi to everyone, and thank you in advance for your help.
To start off, I know I didn't do my first cycle right. I was counting on some friends who had experience with them to help me, but they bailed, so I sorta figured it out as I went along. I know - not smart, in fact, stupid, but I learned my lesson. I have been doing my reserach and have a few ideas of how to correct my BF problem with my next cycle, but wanted to spell it out to see what you all thought and make sure I GET IT RIGHT this time.
Here's the deal -
Stats
6', 204lbs, 25% BF post cycle
Cycle
Deca for 12 wks (200 mg weekly up to 400 mg peak then back down to 200mg)
Stacked with Dianabol weeks 5-7, 5mg to peak of 40 mg then back to 5 mg
Winstrol for last 4 weeks, 50mg EOD.
PCT
A little confused here. It's 2 weeks post cycle, and I just started taking Novadex 20 mg ED.
I got some excellent strength gains and mass (went from 175 lbs to 215 lbs), which I like, but I didn't have the diet down and gained too much extra BF.
Now, it is almost March, I have been off cycle for two weeks. I have a diet and workout schedule planned this time. Here is are questions:
1. PCT - what should I be doing now?
2. What cycle should I do next to reduce fat and maintain my gains, ideally with minimal bloat?
3. When should I start?
Right now I also have on hand T3 and Clen - but not sure if I should take them now or wait until cycle.

well its probably gonna take you quite a while to recover from that cycle..rule of thumb is time off = time on + PCT...i suggest spending more time working on your diet for starters..i would suggest getting more than nolva for your PCT..get some clomid too..possibly some aromasin ..i would do some research ASAP and decide what is best for you

Oh my lord.
First off, dont ever run a cycle like that again, it is wretchid. Second, how did you recover (ie libido, mood, muscle gains kept) after your 20mg of nolva ed? Or you just started your PCT? If so, then go to ar-r .com and order some exemestine to add into your PCT. This is going to be a rough one. Ideally you tried to make something out of nothing but failed at doing so. I give you props for coming here and asking questions in which we will try to help as much as possible. Once your PCT is in order and your diet si back on track search around the site a bit, look at the profiles of steroids and make sure you know what you are doing. AFter your PCT is ordered (also check out what PCT and how to run it in the PCT forum) You need to focus on diet. Remember, AAS are not magic beans and need food for your body to grow.

I agree tho, get your PCT and BF% in check before even thinking about another cycle.

Many thanks - yeah, it is kinda embrassing, but I would much rather ask than be floudering out here trying to figure it out on my own. I have certainly done my fair share of reserach, but after a while, it becomes too much information and I begin to confuse myself.
Lowering my BF is my #1 goal right now, so thanks for the advice, and glad that I got something right!
As for PCT - I just started the 20 mg nolva. Mood was never and hasn't been a problem on or now on PCT (yet). I have never had a high libido, so no changes there, again on or off.
My main concern is keeping my some of my gains, in order to salvage something from this botched job.
And yes, I'm working on the new friends. ;-)

you should do a stronger PCT than just 20mg of nolva..technically you shouldnt start PCT until 21 days after you last shot of deca ..so you really havent hit the rough spot..give it a couple more weeks..deca is one of the most supressive steroids there is..go to PCT forum and read and get some clomid and possibly an AI asap if you wanna keep your gains..diet is very key as well right now...gotta keep your cals up if you wanna keep the gains..once you recover you can worry about losing fat
