Water Retention Problem
my problem is water retention...
I began in mid recovery ... Are now nearly 2 months from the cycle, but I can not delete it ... i thought depended for high estrogen...then...
I am taking 1mg/ed of arimidex by 15 days, I lowered carbohydrates, but nothing ...
That can be done? why water retention not disappears?

Make sure you are drinking an insane amount of water, make sure your diet is clean, and try to keep your sodium intake real low.

my diet is very clean and i drink 3-4 liter of water/ed... sodium's level is normal..think...
the cycle was 12 week (susta+eq) and the pct was normal...not very good in true...(clomid,arimidex ,proviron for 4week)... but if the problem depended by the high estrogen, why the arimidex failed???
and also now is almost a month after recovery...

It may help a bit but I would imagine diet is most likely somehow part of the problem. Some times there is odd things in our diet that have alot more sodkium than we think. Check carefully maybe there is something your eating or drinking with high sodium.

Try taking a little dandelion root. U can buy it at GNC. It works well to get rid of some of the water. It is a very mild diuretic.

Do you eat canned food... i.e.- Tuna.. those contain an irrational amount of sodium...
