    My first cycle

    I'm 27 180lbs I workout 6-7 days a week, I lift 3-4 times a week and the rest I work on endurance and crossfit training. Looking for some muscle and strength gains

    wk1-4 dbol 20 mg/day
    wk1-12 test e 500 mg/wk,

    if u run a lot then i would take the dbol out because u will see some unwanted pumps (shin splints, lower back pumps) makin it hard for u to move properly. other then that, it looks good

    I`m currently jsut starting week 8 of a very similar cycle. You will love it. The dbol is very powerful, I was taking 40mg ed which puffed me up huge I was up almost 30lbs in 3 weeks. But I have the bloat under control now and I am only up 20lbs since the begining now. Be careful and enjoy as I`m sure you will. Dont forget a good pct. I have arimidex,nolvadex and clomid for pct.

    My pct is nolvadex

    1-2 weeks 50mg
    3-4 weeks 25mg

    just so I can get the estrogen level under control

    What size Syringe and needle does veryone use?

    why only 20mg a day of dbol ? what size are they to begin with, i have 10mg dbol's and i take 6 of them daily...
