    Anavar Cramps

    I have been on var and test for about 4 weeks but am getting mad cramps when I train. Does anyone know how to alleviate these ?

    Are you getting enough water ? How about potassium?

    I get the same problem, they're usually referred to as muscle pumps and like most people I get them in the lower back and man oh man do they hurt. Doing squats and deadlifts is almost impossible. If it gets too bad you have to cut back on the var.

    stop taking or reduce the dose.. only way.. besides you should only be taking it another 2 weeks or so right??

    I got cramps in my legs from just doing a cycle of anavar . I'm on a test prop and anavar cycle.....I'm on my second week and so far so good. Drink lots of water and eat bananas.......that's what I am doing. I am only taking 10 mg a day of anavar and 25 mg of test prop eod.

    I'm a female.....don't want to dose too much......already noticing that I'm bigger and stronger. Awesome pumps in the gym!!! I can easily throw a 70 lb barbell over my head to do french curls!!

    I'm using 50mg per day, got really bad lower back cramps yesterday whilst squatting, thought I'd done dome serious damage. 5 minutes after felt fine though so will probably just deal with it.

    Try drinking more water befor and after training.
