add to cycle?

so ive been reading that nitrogen is good to add to a cycle? is this true,if it is what are its benefits?

nitrogen? that's a gas, how would you use that on cycle?

I do use nitrogen in the tires of my sportbike because the temp doesn't affect it the same way it does air, so I guess in a way I'm using it on a cycle.

Do you mean Arganine which is a Nitric Oxide inducer? Commonly reffered to as NO2?

thats what i thought but i keep reading where people are talkin g about adding nitrogen to cycles so am i miss understanding what i read or are they talking bout something else?

I dont think you want to ingest nitric acid, may be very harmful on your skin and mucus membranes, not to mention all the digestive problems you may have.

ok question bout NO explode...it says take it 30-45 mins before workout but i drink weight gainer bout 40 mins prior to work out would it matter?
