1st pls forgive me if this has been posted a million times as im a newb to the site
2nd i am about 250lbs 6" tall,i am about to start takeing clen and t3.
i wonderd what dosage i should start on and how much to increase as i take it,i also keep reading 2weeks on 2 off wiv clen,do i continue takeing the t3 for the hole time
before anyone asks my diet is realy good and i train cardio 4 x a week for about hour and a half a time and light weights 2/3x i am loseing weight but at a very slow pace and i want to lose as much as possible before the summer
is there anything else i can take to help my muscle definition
also is it safe 2 do 2 weeks clen 2 weeks ephedrine
