Would you say?
would you say that taking d-bol is like taking 3 steps forward and 1 step back or 2 steps forward and 1 step back or a lose of all gains?

thats quite a way of putting it id say 3 steps forward and 2 1/2 steps back
maybe even one to the side?

haha im just saying, when taking dbol most of the time you resul tin losing some water and a lil fat. Im just putting it in different words. Like creatine, when your done with your bottle of creatine pills or whatever, you lose your weight form water but still benefitted form the supplement.

others would say 3 forwards and 3 back though!

this is too funny, of love the responses!
I think we all know what your asking though and yes for me I gain a lot on dbol and I lose most of it. I like it as a kick start for my cycle only and then I keep most of my gains.

i would agree dbol alone is 3 steps foreward and 2 steps back based on my experience but you do keep some gains
its called the dbol 2 step
...and dosey doe ur partner, yee ha

your joking right?
i yield far more LBM and Strength gains from dbol than i do off of test
diet and pct are the key to gain retention... not so much the compound.
