    Help Choosing a cycle

Hey I am 20 and have been lifting regularly for the past 4 years. I ran track and cross country in high school and have only started serious lifting in the past 2 years. I have built up a solid mass, but in the process I have raised my body fat. Im at about 16% and I want to cut without losing my gains. A friend recently turned me onto the idea of steroids and I want to know what would be a good starting cycle for lean muscle mass gain. I want to gain strength without putting on too much weight, and dropping my BMI. I figured equipoise stacked with something like anavar would be good, but var is a bit pricey. What would be a good substitute or recommended beginner cycle for lean, but solid gains?

Welcome bro...I suggest you read up on the profiles and get yourself aquainted with compounds and cycles...aswell as nutrition and training BEFORE you start using anything...at 20 you want to make as much natural gains as possible ...then you can go to the next step.

what are your stats, weight, height, etc for starters? A lot of what it sounds like you want should be easily be obtainable with a solid diet and nutrition plan..

I am 5'11, 190, I wear 33-34 pants, bench max 225, and I run and lift regularly. My problem is that in my quest to lower my bodyfat by running, I am going catabolic and losing my muscle gains. This summer I was benching 235, but since I started running regularly again I have been losing muscle mass, definition, and overall strength.

    Smile Simple Start

Test all by itself, followed by a decent pct. Figure out how your body reacts to it. No reason to get to more fancy then that. If you react well and you like it there is a whole array out there. First round though you can make some very nice gains and if you eating is in check you sholdnt pack on the wrong kind of weight. As for what type of test, research them all and find one that is to your liking. Everyone has a preference. I like Test P, but some people dont like such frequent injections.
