I am currently on week 9 of this cycle:
Weeks
1-12 Test E 600mg/week split into 2 injects
1-4 dbol 40mg ed
9-14 Winstrol 50mg injections EOD
9-14 Winstrol 53.5mg oral caps (alternating injection days)
PCT starts at end of the winstrol...Arimdiex,Nolvadex and clomid
So I was eating about 4500 cals a day up until today when I started the winstrol. I have changed my diet to one just shy of 2500 cals to harden up and solidify the gains I have already made.
I am keeping it the same everday......(I know boring but works best for me)
Morning:
4 eggs and a banana (455 cals)
1 iso protein shake with 1% millk (335 cals)
snack #1:
1 Protein Bar (310 Cals)
Lunch:
2 Tuna sandwiches with 2TBSP light mayo on calorie wise bread (380 cals)
snack #2:
1 small pack of beef jerkey, 1 fat free yogurt, 1 small v-go vegitable juice (230 cals)
Dinner:
2 chicken breasts seasoned (no sodium or cals in seasoning)
1/2 cup frozen vegies
1 small fat free yogurt for desert (392 cals)
Post Workout:
1 Protein shake made with 1% milk (335 cals)
I usually workout in the evening so thats why I have the post workout meal last.
Totals: 2437 cals
Protein: 276.4G
Carbs: 213.2G
Fat: 60.8G
I also take BCAA caps before/after workouts, multi vits and glutamine
My question is basically is this a good idea to transition from bulker to cutter and have people had success trying this?
