Ok, so one of my buddies went on a cycle... hes pretty experienced with this... well the most experienced that i know personally.. but he was telling me that i could benefit plenty on a 3 week cycle, and that if i did a 6 week one that it would be to noticeable... So i figured i'd ask here... My goal when i go on a cycle is to gain a net of -5 to 5 lbs, but i have about.... 10 lbs of fat i want to lose also... so what does everyone think?
my stats are:
age: 22
wgt: 235
ht: 6'5"
bf: ~14%
diet: good, always can be better but still pretty good
supp: i am currently taking a multivit and whey
oops sorry forgot that... just some basic test... dont know which kind.. but water based cause oil based stays in system to long... and ill take suggestions for AS that would help with those gains that i am looking for
