    3-6 week cycle?

    Ok, so one of my buddies went on a cycle... hes pretty experienced with this... well the most experienced that i know personally.. but he was telling me that i could benefit plenty on a 3 week cycle, and that if i did a 6 week one that it would be to noticeable... So i figured i'd ask here... My goal when i go on a cycle is to gain a net of -5 to 5 lbs, but i have about.... 10 lbs of fat i want to lose also... so what does everyone think?

    my stats are:
    age: 22
    wgt: 235
    ht: 6'5"
    bf: ~14%
    diet: good, always can be better but still pretty good
    supp: i am currently taking a multivit and whey

    oops sorry forgot that... just some basic test... dont know which kind.. but water based cause oil based stays in system to long... and ill take suggestions for AS that would help with those gains that i am looking for

    3 weeks to gain 5 lbs of muscle and lose 10 lbs of fat????? improve your diet b/c thats not gonna happen in 3 weeks

    Right, I am not saying you have. I just just think at week 6-7 you start to see the gains and than you are off. I guess it depends what you are taking abviously..

    depending on the type of test your looking to run, will decide how long it needs to be run to acheive your goals

    if your only looking to lose or gain 5lbs then eat lol. why only 5 lbs by the way? you can run a longer ester like test e for 10-12 weeks or faster stuff like prop.

    If your talking say tren 6 weeks, Jump start with dibol 6weeks, Test E, Prop, Eq.. a must 10-12

    ok... and cause i only really want to be about 240 solid... so i'd have to lose about 5-10 lbs of fat... then gain that back in muscle... but since building muscle helps burn fat...yeah... i'd be happy actually if i only lost like 2 lbs of fat but gained the mass... its hard or me to actually gain weight... and lose it actually... goes very slow... so yeah...

    so tren? and what would i stack w/ that? i have seen do a test also? if someone could tell me how a 6 week cycle of tren would work... with stacks and everything...

    I would say Tren A but what is your cycle history and whats your diet workout routine look like?

    never done cycle... and workout is 4 days a week..stregnth shoes 3 days week... ojnly cardio on 1 off day... diet is good... modified adkins.... along w/ alot of water

    maybe spliting it up would work better for you, do a cutter with some clen/t3 and cardio and clean diet low cals, and after that jump on a light bulker maybe test E at 400-500 mg shot 2x a week for 8-10 weeks

    ok.. thanks... but what about this i read about a bulk first? not saying you doint know what ur talkin about but just askin and making sure i dont make a rash decision, if i did a bulking first? or what about clen along w/ test e... would that help burn more, while i know i wouldnt gain alot, but could that be a solution to kind of do both? or would they asically cancel each other out?

    I didnt necessarly mean cutter then bulk in that order, just saying do one then the other rather than at the same time, better reults will be had.

    for a first bulk cycle run test e at 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks and then a proper pct, then you can do a cutter course, clen and t3 works great for me.

    tren is an awesome aas but not a beginner substance, its your choice and if you do run tren 75mg eod is a good starting point. BUT AGAIN BRO NOT SOMETHING FOR YOU TO USE AT THIS POINT!
