Hi been training off and on for years, recently lost a good amount of bodyfat on almost 8 weeks of clen ( Posted pics), anyway I was thinking of doing a clean bulk with 40-50 mgs of var daily for 8 weeks as a first cycle, expect about 5-10 lbs of muscle and some harding, is this realistic or am I wasting my time. I figure the classic 500mgs of test and 4 weeks of D-bol, are not needed for my above mentioned goals , what do you guys suggest.
