Ok so I have asked this question a few time but haven't received a solid answer...Proviron ...I have it and am not sure of the best way to use it and what exactly will be the effect of using it...I know what I've read about it anti estro, reduces water, increases free test (not sure what that means)...but I want to know from those who have used it how they have used it and what they think of it...I know some swear by it and others dont really care for it. Is it worth doing throughout my entire cycle of just toward the end...like icing on a cake,,,on a test cake...ummmm test cake...wait off topic. Ok so Proviron thoughts??? experiences??? suggestions???

apparently useless unless taken at above 75mg/day, many users i know incorporate it during pct to tweak muscle hardness and cut

Really? 75mg seems a bit high...I've read many use it at 50mg a day and some at even 25mg

planning of running it at 25mg with nolvadex to harden up, as of on cycle i think its a waste really

I run it all my cycles and pct when possible. Call it a anti-sides drug. It blocks shbg which renders useless most of your test increasing free test in this way (got it?), helps with aromatase blocking, hardens you to some degree, maintains libido during pct and studies have shown it to be a suppression free hormone when taken at normal dosages (50-75mg). You will not see anything special from it, but it will help things to run smoothly.

when I can afford it I use it in pct in place of aromasin at 25mg ed.

I would not replace any AI with proviron . Its hability as an AI is questionable.

Hugo...about the proviron again (sorry if Im getting annoying with this but just want to get most benefit out of it) Im on a 12 wk test c cycle what if I was to add it in 10 and use it throughout my pct? sound good?

Like I said, Proviron will not make such a difference in your cycle, it will just help things run smoothly. So you will not feel much difference from doing 10 or 12 weeks, but if you are doing 10 weeks why not the 12?
