    Healing with AS help.

    Hello everyone this is my first post . I have been a aaround for a while now, trying to learn and absorb as much I can. I want to say hi to everyone and hope to get advice to my problem. I recently I injured my ACjoint at the gym and found out that im prone to Distal Clavicle Osteolysis. Which pretty much means overuse of joints and collar bone causing it to deteriorate. This really irritates me since knowing it can reoccur, if I go back to heavey lifting, therefore not letting me workout to my fullest ability.
    I have been away from the gym for a couple months now letting my shoulder heal. What I was wondering was, will gear help me heal faster and stronger while I workout therefore lessening the chance of my injury reoccuring. Any advice is very much appreciated.
