where should a beginner start "with my stats"

this goes back to my first post. well my stats are 25 years old 6ft 1in tall 150lbs and I have done periodic workout scheduals. I last for about 4 to 6 months with little gains and then lose motivation. I agree with eating right but realy do not know what right is. I just wanted something to get me started in hopes that would help keep me motivated. I do not expect to gain 30lbs only from steriods but I hope to get a good push start. Please let me know if my thinking is way out of line and if not what would be a safe way of going about it. I am not looking to become Mr. muscles just add some weight and a little more strenght. I have no intentions of doing more than one cycle unless absolutly needed.

OK this is right for bulking, I bet you arnt eating half of this

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Workout

    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 6: PPWO

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

    Meal 8: Before Bed

3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

Thanks for the diet plan. It looks hard but I am deticated to put on some weight. My next question is, with taste and price in mind which would be the best type of protein to use? I have tried and love the syntha-6 (whey) and love the mochochino but is there a better form, type or brand to use? thanks again for your suggestions.

try to get some weightgainer. I would suggest cytogainer or mhp up your mass. 800 calories per shake, it will help get u to ur needs, always has eaa's bcaa's and great amount of glutamine and 3 g of creatine.

I think that people need to read more instead of just posting up something after just skimming someones thread. Its like they just want to make their post count higher so that can seem like they know more. I just dont understand some people. They would rather have a high number of posts with bad or worthless info instead of helping where they can and haveing a low number of posts.

For the guys that are only trying to up their post count we have a post whore thread that you would love.

    Just my 2 cent.
