When used correctly (which is seldom) you can't tell that it has been used.

True to a point, the person using it can tell they have used it, but others can not. For instance if someone knows what they are doing with proper injection protocol, they could re-shape their biceps and add more peak or thickness, but still stay in proportion with their bodies. Genetics play a huge role in the shape of the muscle, by gradually stretching the muscle fascia in certain areas you can alter the natural shape.

i think it's been given a bad name because a few guys have abused it and have showed how ridiculous it can make you look. people can have good results from it. most guys on this site seem to be anti-synthnol. i would only use it if i competed competitvely at a high level and had a laggin body part. i would only use it to put everything in proportion. i dont know enough about the human anatomy or the compound to give advice on proper use.
