    fine tuning my plan...

    Im starting my first cycle in 2 months. i will be 21. i have messed around with superdrol, pheraplex,halodrol, trenaplex. now want more.

    1-12:sust 250@500mg/week
    1-5:dbol @30-40mg/day/

    i just got done cutting down, and alost a lil muscle with it but not much. will try to get pics as soon as i can.

    i am 6'5, 230lbs, about 11%(last time had it checked 2 weeks ago) my goal is to put on 20 pounds or more. and keep it.

    pct will be, nolva(20mgED) and clomid 50mg/day for 4 weeks. maybe some hcg

    diet will be high in calories.
    right now i eat, 250g protein, 350g carbs, 110g fat(3400)

    on cycle it will be, 350g protein, 600g carbs,130g fat(5000)

    fats will be from good sources as they are now.
    carbs will be baked potatoes,rice,whole wheat breads, and oats.
    protein will be, whey, steak,chicken,tuna.(mostly red meat)

    what ya think?

    Cycle and pct looks ok. I would trade the sust for test e or c to cut down on the injection frequencies

    injections dont worry me. sust i will do twice weekly. monday and thursday. what ancillaries would be best?

    policosinol\coQ10, hawthorne berry, cranberry, milk thistle. i take these everyday anyway.

    try shooting the the sust eod at 125mgs.

    i done sust on my first cycle with dbol kick and gaaind 37lbs

    here is what mine lookee like

    weeks 1-12 sust 125mgs eod

    weeks 1-5 50mgs dbol ed

    nolva pct 30 mgs ed for 30 days

    kept 32 lbs of that cycle and felt great while on ,recoved great too....

    Sust should be shot EOD. No need for ancillaries during cycle unless you know you are prone to sides.

    ok. also was thinking of adding winni in the end with some clen . have used clen before for cycles of 4 weeks since i was 16.

    6 weeks of winni at 30-40mg a day. i know liver issues may arise, but i want to go to the limit.

    i can get shitloads of azolol. 400 tabs(5mg) for 130$ wierd that this shit is in south dakota so much.
