Half-used vials still useable?

This is just me being nit-picky, but i've got half a vial of test E left over from my last cycle (which was 4 months ago) and I would like to use up the last of it in my upcoming cycle.

Just wondering if there are any concerns over doing this and please explain WHY instead of giving some conjecture. Has anyone done this before?

I'm assuming it wouldn't be any different than using it on a next-scheduled dose if my cycle was still going 4 months ago.

Yeah I only dropped it in the toilet a couple times when I used it, it should be fine. lol
