    puffy hands?

    I noticed the last couple of days that my hands feel swollen and crack easily(feels good when they crack like pressure released. Also forearms are feeling the same. Is this water retetion? now on week 6 of enanth 600mg per week.

    What would happen if I took herbal dieretic, would that help....? of course while staying hydrated?
