    Unhappy Injuries

I have recently finished up a 12 week cycle of test and deca and I made some very good gains but about 5 days after my last injection I had a very bad case of bursitis/tendonitis in my shoulder. The pain got so bad I was unable to sleep or even lift my arm for a period of time. It has healed somewhat but not completely. I am curious if anyone else has had this problem. The doctor I saw said it could be three months before I am able to workout 100%. At this point im not really sure what to. I have been working out my lower body and bicycling but i am not even supposed to run. Any ideas?

Honestly bro.. Give it up and let your body heal. I had to get both my shoulders redone last year, And was unable to workout for about a year. I tried to keep up with the legs etc.. You will lose size but it will come back very quickly.. I'm a hard gainer and I was 185 with 3% bodyfat after cycle.. after a year of not being able to workout I went down to 150 once I could start to lightly train again I picked my diet back up and put back on 10lbs with very little effort. Do it right the first time so you don't have major problems later on, its just not worth it. Also, maybe think about creatine, a really good diet, and some serious weight gainer then just do a ton of cardio.. It'll keep you in really good shape, just totally ripped and it'll be that much easier to recover

For sure bro thanks for the advice. What do you think about doing light arm workouts with really light weight and high reps once the pain is completely gone as well as doing the physical therapy aspect

that is totally up to your doc/physical therapist to decide. PT is a bitch and you might not even wanna workout if you're doing that twice a week. My therapist was so flipping hot I knew her from years ago and as it turns out I got sent to her. I would have kept going but my insurance ran out lol! Your best bet is talk to your doctor and physical therapist and find out what is worth doing. It would be better to just sit it out for 6months this one time rather then doing something wrong and have to constantly keep going back.
