First Cycle (Dbol and Clen)
I am 5'10" and 230lbs with 150lbs Fat Free Mass and 80lbs fat. I want to lose 40 lbs and want to take Clen to get there, but am afraid Ill lose some muscle as well, so my idea is to take D-Bol with clen to prevent muscle loss and maximize fat loss. Iv'e never done roids or clen but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I should couple these two drugs to maximize muscle gain and fat loss.

it is very hard to lose fat and gain mucle at the same time imo. i would hit cardio hard for 6 months with a good clean diet get down to around 12% body fat and then do a real cycle of test @ 500mgs ew for 12weeks .
i think that if you tryed what you say you will be disapointed with the end result...

With those stats you can do a lot with out a cycle. Save the gear for later.

I know! I know! I did a little reasearch on steroids , found out DBol was what Arnold did to lose weight cause he could then cut his calories dramatically w/o losing muscle and get that crazy shredded look. (I also had this crazy idea d-bol wasnt as bad as injectables) Now that I've done alot of research im like oops, I should have gotten injectables. However I ordered Dbol and Clen to lose fat, and am awaiting shipment, if this comes through and isnt a scam im ordering Test Cypionate (400mg/wk-10wks) and using Dbol (20mg/day-5wks) as kick start for my next more educated cycle to put on mass. However right now Im just focused on losing fat while maintaining muscle. I know clen can cause dramatic results with aerobic excercise and low fat high protein diet, so I'm thinking 3 week on 3 off with clen, but how should I use dbol in a clen cycle to help prevent muscle loss?

again I will ask what does your diet look like? I guarantee Arnold had a way better than you..drugs do not cut you up..diet and cardio do..as kfrost said..forget about the gear for now and focus on losing the bodyfat first

first off you definatly dont want to do a d-bol only cycle especially when your bf is that high. 2nd, arnold never had as much body fat as you do. i know that everyone wants to find an easy way to look like arnold did back in 1979 but the fact is that you never will probably and the only way your ever going to lose this bf is with cardio and a clean diet. i know this isnt what you want to hear but its the truth. if you really want to you can run clen alone with your clean diet and cardio to help but i wouldnt touch the d-bol. i wouldnt even worry about losing muscle because if you have 80lbs of pure fat then you cant even see your muscles anyway. i would lift 4 days a week, do cardio 4 or 5 and eat clean for 4 months then after you lose some bf you can consider using gear because it really wont do much for you right now

Ok, thanks for the info. When I say 80lbs of fat im including the fat in the muscle as well, I wouldnt say im some round fat blob, I'm fairly solidly build I just have a fat gut about a 38" waist. So im deffinately doing cardio 5 days a week, some days jog 3-4 miles, some days do stairs, ect. I'm taking the clen to speed it up ( I'm a life guard you see and need to not have a gut this summer) I just wasnt sure if the Dbol would help at all, my goal is to lose 40lbs fat or get to a size 32 waist before summer. I have a scale with a BF analyzer to check that i lose fat. but ok thanks for the pointers.

for the 3rd time..what does your diet look like? Why you avoiding that question? If you want to reach your goals, analyze your diet..dont care what drugs you take..if your diet sucks..you wont lose fat!!!

Ive started a healthy diet 2 weeks ago to prepare myself. Usually 4 Hard Boiled eggs with a protein shake in the morning(8am) A turkey or Tuna sandwich 2-3 hours later a baked potato with A1 steak sauce and baked chicken at 12 or 1ish another turkey or tuna sandwich at 3or4 then 1/2lb ground 96% lean beef either seasoned with a tortilla like a burrito with cheese or on whole weat bun with ketchup musterd letuce and pickles. Before I started this diet I was eating fast food daily and drinking soda alot, I cut both fast food and soda from my diet. I would say I stayed at 230 no matter what i eat and was eating horrible, I just weighed myself 2 weeks in and am at 220, but still around 30%bf, so most of what i lost is prolly water anyway though.

you need to learn how to eat to cut bodyfat..eating healthy is one thing, but eating healthy to cut bf are two different things..here is an example of a cutting diet
