    help me meet my goal. please?

    okay, i am a football player, 6'1 260 Lbs 11%bf. need a good lean 20lbs. and also wanna be freaky strong. here are some ideas. what is best for my goals:

    Test E 500mg/wk (wks 1-12)
    Deca 300-400mg/wk (wks 1-10)


    prop 100mg eod wk 1-8
    tren from week 1 - 8 75mg ed

    test E 500mg/wk
    and eq
    if you have some better ideas please help? thanx

    are u being tested? cuz deca and eq stays in ur system a long time. i personally wouldnt wanna try tren it seems a lil hardcore for me.

    but if ur not being tested then i would run prop and npp

    nandronlone phenylpropionate i think is the correct spellin. its fast acting deca , less bloat just like prop is a fast acting test wit less bloat.
