okay, i am a football player, 6'1 260 Lbs 11%bf. need a good lean 20lbs. and also wanna be freaky strong. here are some ideas. what is best for my goals:
Test E 500mg/wk (wks 1-12)
Deca 300-400mg/wk (wks 1-10)
prop 100mg eod wk 1-8
tren from week 1 - 8 75mg ed
test E 500mg/wk
and eq
