How long to stay off T3?

Need a little help guys,i cant seem to find how long to stay off t3 for before getting back on. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be most helpful.

THIS DEPENDS ON HOW LONG YOUR CYCLE WAS, AND HOW HIGH YOU RAN IT.

Thanx magic. I ran for 21 days ramping up and tappering down the highest mcg i hit was 120 for 3 days. I just eneded yesterday with my last dose being 80mcg. i am 7 weeks out form a show can i get right back on? or should i wait? did i mees up by only running for 21 days? thanx agian for the info.
