Dbol / Test E cycle.
First time user ...want to be a freak for next f-ball season.
5"9 1/2 199 pounds ..11 % bodyfat
consume..between 2,000-2,500 cals a day
Bench max - 315 pounds ..squat max- 450
Dbol - 30 mgs ed for 4 weeks
Test - Test e.....500mg twice a week for 10 weeks
PCT (2 weeks after last shot) - Nolva and clomid
nolva 40 mg ed the first two weeks , and then 2o mg ed for the following 2 weeks ..100 mg a day of clomid for 2 weeks.
Should my pct should be changed around ?
how much will my weight and bench press increase ? and how much will i keep?
and i get tested in october, and im starting next week, will i be ok?

If your goal is to bulk, 2000-2500 kcals are far less than what you need to increase your weight.
PCT looks ok, Test E will be detected within 3 months, so you will be safe for tests.

Thanks Chuck. yeh i figured id have to pack on more cals to increase my weight
my goal is 220 pounds ..? . but im guessing a bit less after bloat?
Meal 1
7 egg whites , 2 regular eggs
Turkey bacon 3 slices
Meal 2
Protein shake 40 g protein
600 cals
Meal 3
Chicken and Rice
or Turkey Sandwich/Tuna
Meal 4
Pasta and Chicken
or Steak n Potatoes
Meal 5
Tuna
Salad
Meal 6
Protein Shake 40g protein
600 cals
so maybe im closing on 3000 cals a day after all . My meal plan is basically this ....i might switch it up slightly here and there...i consume around 120 g's of protein a day..not sure how many charbs ..keep the fat real low.

add a cup of oats to meal 1 everyday, add some brown rice to meal 5 too..what does your PWO nutrition consist of (i.e. what do you eat right after working out)? Actually i would add some good carbs to every meal (oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice) You should try and consume at least 300 grams of protein/day..trying to get as much as possible from food rather than shakes, however thats not always possible or the most convenient either

thanks for more input longhorn really appreciate it , yeh its kinda hard to add more protiein in there without the shakes but il shall try.....post workout ..would be like meal 4....how much good weight can i put on ? after cycle .

How old are you?
You might want to pump up your Test to 12 weeks for the best results.
Have some AI one hand just incase

Your gonna want to double your cal. intake. Dbol is a bulking agent.

He is using it more as a kicker.
Oh I forgot to mention to you might also want to up your dbol to 40mg per day

doubling my cal intake to 6,000 ? ..wow thats going to be ridicilously hard..................i can prob do 40mg a dbol a day ...but my dbol only comes 100 in a bottle . .and you really think 12 weeks , is that much better then 10 of test e ? does it make that much of a difference ?

Yes read my cycle log and ranas. You will do better at twelve weeks. You dbol kicker should be 40mg at 199 lbs. I would run you dbol 40 mg for 4 weeks. Do it right for max results.

I meaning me. I did not gain any weight last week so I increased again. But on the whole I am up 14 lbs in 6 weeks. not bad
