    Young Gun Cycle

    Age:21
    Height:5ft7
    Weight:155
    BF:10%

    I was trying to stay natty for the next couple of years, but I need to get up to 170 to play D-1 sports when I transfer out after this semester. So my goal is to keep 15lbs after the cycle, which doesn't seem too unreasonable after reading for the past 6 months. This is what I have come up with:

    Test E - 400mg/wk 12 weeks
    T-Bol - 30mg/ED 4 weeks

    PCT: (two weeks after last injection)

    Nolvadex - 40mg ED for 2 weeks / 20mg ED for weeks 3-4

    Keep some liquidex on hand for gyno.

    Also will be consuming 4000 cals and 250g of protein per day.

    Are my doses for tbol ok? and should I take any serms during the cycle or will I be good until PCT?

    at 155 im sure tbol 30 would do something for you, BUT i dont see the point in running it 4 weeks ... 6-8 MIN it dosent kick in till mid week 3

    in fact running test alone would be fine and save the tbol

    at 5'7'' and 155 there is no reason at all you couldn't put on more than 15lbs in less than 2 years with proper diet alone.

    what sport requires you to be 170lbs? I can't think of one that rewards that size

    right you are, I read too quickly. everyone is in such a hurry, they either need to get cut because spring break is coming, or put on weight for (insert sport of choice here). what happened to setting reasonable and obtainable short and long term goals and sticking to them?

    they dont REQUIRE it but he would be more competitve and a better chance getting a better position.

    Yeah he should have been working hard for his goals and start alot earlier than now if that was his plan.....

    I would run the tbol higher(50-60mg ed/6-8wks).

    As far as the sport goes, I wouldn't look at his wght, but his hgt. If playing football at that hght and wght, in D1, he must be as quick as a rabid banshee. He could be playing soccer(hmmm), lacrosse, or baseball. Either one, I would be worried more about testing.

    I would be worried about testing as well ... so maybe cut test E all together and run tbol at 50-60 for 6-8 weeks thatll give him the weight and he wouldnt have to worry about testing

    But wouldn't I just lose the weight from a tbol only cycle? I got a subliminal message that I should use some gear so I willing to take the testing chance. Its for lacrosse btw, its not something I played my whole life so I didn't have a reason to try and get huge. but, now that I can get on a good program I deffinetly need to do something.

    so 50mg ed for 8 weeks and 400mg a week of test will be good for me? should I take some nolva while im on the tbol like ive seen with 4 week dbol jumpstarts or just wait until week 14?

    But if I can keep 15lbs from an 8 week tbol cycle I wouldn't be able to complain about that.

    bro at 155 u could gain 15lbs from looking at a bulk diet.

    I have made gains in the past year, I started at 130. Was a twig, now im just normal.
