    Question A, confused roid virgin!! Please help

    Hello all,

    I'm new to this and have not done any body building for the last 6 years, even though I only really played with it at the time, I was young, my mates that I was training with were on the gear and were huge, I soon injured my self trying to keep up and stopped.

    I'm 28 in reasonably good shape although out of training, however I have started again this week, unfortunately Like a lot of people I want everything NOW!! I have always achieved a small but noticeable different early on in training but always hit flat quite early on.

    Now I want to get My arms peck's and abs solid, not to get huge but achieve some noticeable definition Quick.

    Not keen on the idea of injecting, had a set given to me few years ago but my mum would not hold my hand!!

    I have read about all these MAD side affects which are a bit scary, hair loss aggression, impotence etc.
    I have always been naturally aggressive and quick to flip, I have mood swings any way and some spouts of paranoia, suppose I'm a bit unstable by nature, I have calmed down now though and don't really want to go backwards.

    What are these legal roids like?
    How about Norateen??

    Can any one advise, PLEASE?!

    I'd suggest proper training and nutrition for atleast 6 months, then if you must maybe you could check out some prohormones, like Superdrol and its clones, I wouldn't mess with roids for awhile though

    IMO steroids if properly used are safer than PH.

    Sorry I'm obviously not a poet like yourself, I mean Lex57, lots of imagination.

    Thought this was a professional web site about steroids and body building, not comedians in training!!!

    u seem to have a lack of direction in your plans..
    that makes my confidence in you waver too..

    I'd reccomend just keep lifting..
    and go see your doctor, tell him u've had problems motivating yourself, and have run tests to see if u're deficient in testosterone .

    Hi Again,

    Is there anything that I could take that might compliment my training and diet to speed things up a bit that's Not a roid then, Its just that I'm a bit impatient, I'm sure the 3 of you must have started somewhere before you got BUFF!!
    I appreciate that getting the foundations right is crucial, core muscles etc?

    What type of training would you recommend at this early stage?
    I'm currently focusing on Endurance, high reps, sets to exhaustion with low weights. does this sound ok?

    i wasnt aware that it was a contest of sarcasm for a screen name. if there was my screen name would be, "hearton4u". now that mate, is poetry. now having said that we will get back to the topic. the reason i said that (your name says it all...................... )was because this is a professional site and i was using,"sarcasm", which surely you can appreciate, to reflect the point that you are so impatient as to post the same exact post twice on the same day. just post it once and let people reply. otherwise everybody who is going on spring break soon and posting about their cutting cycles may not get their questions answered because you bumped their post down to the tenth spot.(sarcasm again)
    and to answer your other question.....legal steroids suck!

    try your supps creatine, no, vitamines etc.......

    Well, you could alway try the basics u can get at gnc or something like that:

    protein
    creatine
    multivit

    as for training, many people differ on what their goals are. It seems that you are trying to get some defination, but what about size and bulk? because the high reps wont get that bulk very fast, but you will slim down, and get some defination. But if bulk is your goal, then i'd recommend some medium sets, w/ medium weight, so maybe like sets of 4x6-10 and on the last sets have a spotter because you want to struggle w/ the last sets. As long as your diet is in check, and your training is solid you will get gains, and for that you just have to be patient because if you took off for a while and just started back this week, or month for that matter, you can over train your muscles which would hurt you more than help you. SO basically the only thing i can say is be patient and if you go on aas now, you are more likely to hurt yourself then help because of the stress on the body that its not used to...
    oh and if you want to make what you have look better, go tanning :P

    I understand impatience myself so here goes.

    Take 20mg of d-bol per day for 8 weeks. You will be bigger, stronger, and if your diet is right, leaner.

    Wisdom dictates however that you train hard natural for a good 6 months as stated above before you start using gear.

    That's as straight as talk can get my friend.

    I know in a different thread you mentioned running dbol for 12 weeks, I'm curious what method of liver protection you used when you did.
