Im on cycle and got bloodwork done to see if things are alright. My LDL and Triglycerides are in the normal range but my HDL is terrible.
What can I take to up my HDL levels?

what are you taking? All steroids are derived from cholesterol and they impact your values..17aa steroids usually destroy your HDL..they will usually return to the range the were in before you started, but Ive found that no amount of supplements will keep your values in a normal range while on a 17aa compound..thats one of the reason you only run them for 6-8 weeks
its probably the dbol then.
Im running sust and tren ace. If I stop the dbol will the HDL go up or will the sust and tren still kill my levels?
Its weird my LDL and Trigly are fine but HDL is getting hammered.
how long you been on dbol? certain orals are worse for cholesterol values than other..winny has been the worst Ive experienced..dbol aromatizing my be helping with your LDL and Tri's as some estrogen is beneficial..if you have no estrogen, your cholesterol will be bad..if you stop the dbol, your HDL will slowly rise, but may still be affected by the tren and sust, but i doubt it would get worse
damn..thats high too..yeah i doubt i'll ever use winny again..i have a bunch of friends that love winny..none do blood work so they dont believe me when i tell them how bad it is on their cholesterol..
my ex does all my bloodwork for me..that way it keeps me from being yelled at by a doc!!
My hdl went down to 17 when I was on eq and omnas. I did some reading on the internet on how to raise hdl and one of the treatment options was niacin at a high amount. This can be dangerous, or so it says, so make sure you ask a doctor if you think about trying this.
Niacin will def help increase your HDL, but can be harsh on the liver, as well as your AAS.
I wouldn't worry too much about correcting it while on a cycle. The gear is whats messing up your cholesterol. When you stop it will come back, if your truely concerned then stop taking the gear.
