100mg Test Prop EOD
Nolvadex 2 days on 2 days off
Arimadex 2 days on 2 days off alternating with the Nolv.

Weeks 3-10
50mg Anavar ED
50mg Winny ED

Weeks 5-8
Cytomel- cycling for 21days (increase every 3 days up and down)

Week 5- 1 week of Clomid, and HCG once every 5 days (3x's)

PCT
Starting Week 12- 10 days of Clomid and HCG.

Thoughts?

I have never seen anyone alternate an AI and a SERM before. Why? I think that is crazy

6'1" I'd say around 285. He's aformer powerlifter. He used to be 325 and dieted down to 285. Gonna cut another 35-40lbs.

bf%? It looks like he needs to continue to diet and hit the cardio harder....All the other stuff want help unless the bf% is below 16-18%.

HGH should run at least 6 months and will barely notice any additional fat loss at 2IUs..need to bump to 4 IUs..not sure why run clomid during week 5? wait til PCT and that PCT is pretty weak..need more than 10 days of clomid..i think it needs something like this

1-12 100mg prop EOD
6-12 50 mg winny/day
13-17 PCT nolva/clomid
You could add cytomel to cycle for 6 weeks or so if desired as well

personally i wouldnt use an AI on cycle..unless you got too bloated or started showing signs of gyno..some estrogen is actually a good thing in men..it helps with their gains..see article

I'd skip that

Week 5- 1 week of Clomid

and skip that too

and maybe use armidex or something else besides the clomid
