    Anavar--Cardio question

I have read on here that avavar affects your cardio work. How long after cycle does it take for cardio to return to normal?

I had a friend on 50mg ed of anaver and it made it hard for him to run because he would get pumps n his shins.

IS THAT WHY i get these damn shin splints? I swear only as of the last month or so i have been getting BAD shin splints and i have NEVER got them. It was so severe the other day when running on a treadmill, i had to stop after 15 minutes and could barely stand.

That makes total sense now dude thanks a lot! Wow...no shit...ha!

I am on my 3rd week of a var only cycle. Love it. The only problem has been pain in my back when I run. I wasn't sure if it was going to get worse as the cycle progressed. Good to hear some people have no problems. Great strength gains with minimal weight gain.

i've had that problem on my last cycle... but not on var, ran test e/eq w 1-10 and prop/winny w 10-15, i believe eq like var make you very vascular and prone to shin splints and charlie horses when ur muscles fully pump... kinda hafta just get used to it, drink alot of water.. and make sure u eat ur bananas, if you're on var or course ;-P
