Also, if I might add.....try to gradually increase your calories as your cycle goes on rather than just jump to the max, maybe add a few hundred calories every week so your body has a chance to get used to the new weight and increase in calories.....just a thought.

Ok I just went to the college nurse and got my Blood Pressure taken cause you guys had me fraking out.
She said it was fine but you lot will know better than her.

Iv slowed down the calorie intake and my weight is staying more constant around 210 but the belly has gone down and Iv filled out all round. So good for me!
Does it take a while for Proviron to kick in? I didnt take it first two days of cycle but NOW I feel less bloated.

All I gotta look out for now is stretch marks and thats not really an issue anyways.
Just did my first shot on my own there now as my help is outa town.
Hurt less doing it myself suprisingly. Gonna do it myself from now on.
Now off to the gym to hit the legs-wohhooyeahhh!!!!

Yeah I know sugar/cream but I use low fat . Bumps up the calories nicely but looks like thats a bad idea for most from whats being said here.
Suprisingly its (my shite diet) giving me even better results than I ever expected. But maybe Im in for a nasty suprise in a week or two.

yeah even the white rice will bloat you like a s.o.b. better off with brown rice bro. stay away from white sugar too. any overprocessed shite for that matter. yeah, can't wait for those pics now. got me curious to see what a fast weight gain like that looks like. happy squatting!

Ok Iv a mate telling me that the DBol is known for turning to Estrogen and that may be causing the water weight. He suggests taking Nolvadex to reduce this.
Now I know you lot like Estrogen for greater gains but maybe if I just took 10mg a day.
Will it help? What you think?
Im currently taking 25mg Proviron a day and drinking heaps of water.
My face is looking seriously bloated today
Its like a soccer ball today!!
This isnt good. People are commenting! Its getting fairly obvious to people what Im doing.
Weight gain has stabled as Iv reduced calorie intake. And water gain is overall body rather than stomach as earlier in week. But face looks extremely puffy.
Help me!!

Run the nolva if thats what you have. Start at 10mg and see how that goes. Arimidex would be better.

i dont see anything wrong with that diet for a 1st cycle bulker. at least your getting enough cals. most 1st timers just bump up their calories slightly put on some size and then lose it all after. if i were you id eat as much as you can whenever you can throughout the day. Thats what i did! i gained 30lbs. ul shed any fat you gained after PCT. I did get stretch marks under my arms though so watch out for them!! use cocoa butter on them and they wont form as badly. i wouls use the nolvadex at 10mg a day and then bump it up if you run into gyno problems. for my 1st cycle i had no problems with gyno and i didnt use nolva. currently on my 2nd cycle and im having gyno issues on week 7. so iv started taking nolva. prevention is better than cure though so 10mg a day throughout the cycle is the best bet. this will also keep water down.

Im not going into any part of your diet or training. Being that both are all ****ed up.
But bro the truth is you should not be on gear or near it. You dont have any bass to work with and look like you never went to the gym before you started a cycle. Your weight gains are 90% water and will loss them 30 days after you come off. When yo have nothing to start with its easy to gain.

I'm glad someone said it. The first pic looks like someone who never worked out. The second one looked like someone who have never worked out and got fat. This kind of stuff is what gives steroids a bad name.

These guys are right. I have been lifting for about 18-20 years. I have been researching this web site for over 1 1/2 years before I started my first cycle, which was last week.
A lot of guys here have kept their mouths shut about your diet and lifting. Trust me your best bet is to stop your cycle and do a lot more reseach. I am not trying to be an ass but seriously there is so much info out there that you need to read.
Best of luck with what ever you decide.

Im doing roids cause I want to better myself and gain confidence.
Then you guys come along and all over my new found hapiness and excitement by calling me a fat b@stard!! Not true-Im just a little cuddly ha ha
Well now that Iv bandaged my wrists back up and puked out the strikenine Im even more determined to do this cycle right cause I gotta prove you all wrong.
