The clen i will be buying is from lion, and the bottle has a sprayer, how do i figure out how much to take? i.e. how many mcg/spray

use a syringe to measure you clen. lions is dosed at 200mcg/ml. so around an 8th of a ml

get an oral syringe and measure it that way.
Test Is Best!
1spray is 20mcg... n now days i start at 120mcg n go up from there.
